In 2014, I consistently began practicing yoga and instantly recognized the numerous healing benefits it has to offer.
I believe yoga is not only important to our physical health, but our mental health as well.
I earned my RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certification through Clarkston Hot Yoga, specializing in Yin, Slow Flow, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa.
Soon after my 200 hour training, I knew more than anything I wanted to teach prenatal and children’s yoga, so I pursued my 10 hour certification for prenatal yoga at the beginning of 2021, and completed my 100 hour certification in the fall to become an RPYT.
My classes offer creative sequences, the importance of proper alignment, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation.
My desire is to reveal to my students the joy, pride, and strength that comes with living an active life.
I am honored to teach yoga, helping to bring balance, awareness, health, and happiness into other’s lives because we all deserve to experience how great our bodies were designed to feel, which led me to the founding of Happy Baby Yoga.
