Barefoot & Free Yoga Festival

Get your Barefoot & Free Yoga Festival tickets and come see us Friday, August 6th – Sunday, August 8th!

We will be teaching multiple children’s yoga classes throughout that weekend, and a pre/postnatal class on Saturday.

Swing on by our tent to say hi and grab a few goodies! While you’re there, we will show the kids how to make fun and creative breathing sticks they can take home with them and use to focus on calming the mind.

The festival will be held at Proud Lake on Glengary Road in Commerce Charter Twp., Michigan. Hope to see you all there!
